An impromptu live session | 90 minutes in community creating together.

Hello friend!

Today, after filming two new yoga classes for my channel, I decided to sit down and spend some time reading my manuscript before I dive into the rewriting of the last draft of my upcoming novel.

I could have done it by myself, I am sure, but I chose to do it in community, by going live and doing Pomodoro Sprints!

In this session, we talked about productivity, inspired one another and even did some work! We did two 25-minute Pomodoro sprints with 5-minute breaks with relaxed conversation in between and ended with a seated stretch to release tension and move the energy after our focus time.
