I really loved these tools. I feel like I get overwhelmed so easily, and also take on other peoples emotions when they are around me. I really like the idea of putting the phone away. Sometimes I even put it in the other room and turn it on airplane mode.

Overwhelm, whether your own or from others can be, well... a lot. I'm sorry you've felt that way, Jazz. I can unfortunately resonate.

And yes about putting away the phone, it seems so silly, but for me to be productive that's the first and simplest step. 😘

I love the forest app!! I haven't been using it since I finished uni for the summer - I do think I could use it for other projects I'm working on. My code also is 4FMJNC4SG if anyone wants goodies!! Thank you for the suggestions Laia, I found this really helpful, especially as I do burnout quickly

Yeah, burnout is real... I'm so glad this post resonated, Adelaide! Besides from the app, what productivity methods do you use most, or did you find one you want to try out?

It's so funny, so many people have mentioned how they use Forest as well. I learned of another productivity app yesterday that I will be playing with this weekend, so I will keep you posted. 👀

I’m feeling things are slower around me. I try to stay in the house until I need to go out. Make coffee at home verses driving to the coffee shop. Take virtual classes over driving to a yoga class. Pajama yoga is the best I can move slower when I wake up and take care of myself before enjoying the world.
