Summer is coming to a close, and as many get ready to go back to school, work, and routine, it is a great time to recalibrate and find sustainable practices to support our well-being and not burn out a week after you’re back from vacation.
As a freelance writer and traveling yoga educator, I am responsible for how I utilize my time; how much I work, how often I take breaks, and ultimately find work-life balance from the comfort of my “office”, whether that’s a coffee shop, my sofa, or my childhood bedroom when I am in Barcelona.
